In addition to our conveyors, filling machines, and special-purpose equipment, we are able to integrate robots, weighing systems, pumps, labeling machines, and many other products from our partners. The entire project is then delivered as a fully functional workstation.

Our Solutions

Conveyors and Handling Equipment

Our conveyors are custom-designed and manufactured. They are used across a wide range of industries, including food processing, plastics, pharmaceuticals, warehousing, chemical and cosmetics production, glass manufacturing, light engineering, and forging industry.

In addition to standalone conveyors, we also deliver complete conveyor lines, including related mechanisms and control systems.

Special Conveyors

Special conveyors are designed primarily for handling rather than transport. Their functions include sorting, aligning, rotating, or stacking products.

They are most commonly used downstream of packaging machines or weighing systems. Our special conveyors are utilized by the majority of Czech producers of sausages, cheeses, and other packaged goods.

Filling Machines

These are systems designed for filling liquid and semi-liquid products, including those containing solid particles.

We primarily focus on deli-type products such as mayonnaise-based salads, spreads, purées, sauces, soups, cabbage, and spinach. Our filling machines are also widely used in other industries, including chemical, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Most Czech manufacturers of ready-made meals use our filling machines. Over the years, we have successfully installed hundreds of units across various industries.

Custom Workstations

Thanks to our ability to integrate a wide range of equipment—such as weighing systems, label applicators, denesters, accumulation tables, tilting devices, lifts, robots, and other special-purpose machines—we can build fully customized production lines tailored to your requirements.

The development process is based on a clear understanding of the required functionality, followed by gradual refinement and specification of all details. The final output includes a 3D visualization, dimensional layout, and a price quotation.

Robotics in Manufacturing

Together with our sister company Esonic Motion, we design and develop robotic workstations tailored to customer needs.

We primarily integrate Japanese Fanuc robots, but we are also capable of working with robots from other manufacturers.

The number of newly implemented robotic workstations has been steadily increasing, mainly due to:

• cost savings in labor
• high reliability of robots
• the ability to eliminate repetitive, dangerous, or uncomfortable tasks
• freeing operators to perform more skilled and responsible work

Each solution is designed with a clear return on investment.

Pallet Logistics

Our portfolio also includes complete pallet logistics solutions, such as roller and chain conveyors, turntables, transfer units, lifts, and empty pallet stackers.

Roller conveyor lines can be equipped with additional elements such as guide rails, sensors, alignment devices, pushers, and other accessories.
